If for even a moment you think we’ve seen all of the proposals for delivering HDR/WCG content you don’t know the power of engineering and research in both the content production community and the display technology worlds. We are just beginning to see options in HDR and WCG. As daunting as it was in the 1990’s to deal with 18 or 36 different pixel counts and frame rates in the analog days of HDTV displays, an ‘easy’ solution to options in HDR and WCG is looking at us.
